Suggestion Therapy
For use with things such as weight loss, nail biting,confidence,
public speaking, flying,
exam nerves, driving nerves, and so many more. £60 per session
Analytical Hypnotherapy (Hypno-analysis)
For more deeply seated emotional problems e.g. depression, anxieties,
panic attacks etc. £60 per session (usually between 6 and
10 sessions required)
Hypnotherapy to stop smoking
This takes only one session of hypnotherapy and is incredibly
powerful... £130 for the single session
Pregnancy relaxation and hypnosis help
for childbirth
Usually two sessions to prepare for and aid relaxation during
birth. £60 per session
Sessions for Children
Using a gentle relaxing technique called the 'blowaway' helps
most child problems... £60 PER SESSION
